A few years ago we set out to find a dog that would be a great addition to our family, and could be used for sport. We found that there were lots of sport dogs, with great pedigrees and great hunting accomplishments. However, it was harder to find a family dog, that was still registered and possibly able to hunt, birds or antler sheds, if we so desired. After that dog hunt, we decided to offer other families what we had a hard time finding: Labrador Retrievers that make great family dogs, but can also be used for your recreational hunting, if that is something you wish to do.

My husband and I are animal scientists and before having kids I was a state pet care inspector. We have good experience in animal husbandry and care. We want to send you home with a well rounded puppy that has been socialized and well cared for while at our kennel.
